Shipping:
We ship to United Kingdom, N.Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe via the website. Please email if you require an international delivery.
UK Mainland shipping fees according to the total value of the order:
Up to £5 = £1.50 Up to £72.50 = £4.00 Up to £125 = £7.00 Up to £300 = £10.00
Non Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands: £4.00 per item
Europe £8.00 per item
Most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days*. If you need shoes urgently for an event please contact us as we are always happy to try and assist. Please be aware that Werner Kern shoes can sometimes take up to an extra week to supply. *This guideline is based on usual Royal Mail levels of service.
European deliveries will typically arrive a few days later but this may vary according to the country.
If there is a stock delay we will email and you may then opt to cancel the order or await stock. Custom design shoes will be delivered in about 8 weeks
Parcels do need to be signed for so please choose an alternative address if more convenient - European orders can only be shipped to the billing address. If a card is left it is important you contact the courier/post office within the specified time or the parcel will be returned to us and we will need to charge for redelivery.
Whilst thankfully rare, sometimes items do get lost in the postal/courier system. The UK post office does not count an item as lost until fifteen working days have passed without it being delivered. They may then insist on a further period while a search is made for the item. Unfortunately, this means that refunds for lost items cannot be made until at least this fifteen working day period has passed and you have confirmed non-delivery. You will also need to fully cooperate with the post office/courier investigation.
Please note that by placing an order with DanceShoes2u.com, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to comply with our shipping and returns policies. Rarely minor design changes may take place and the product can differ in a small way from the picture.
Payment:
Payments are processed via Google Checkout or Paypal, secure services that accept most credit/debit cards. If you have already stored your card details with Google or Paypal then you will only need to enter your email address and password to make payment.
Alternatively select Google Checkout, enter your card details and then these will be saved with Google for future easy use. If you select Paypal, enter your card details in the usual manner and then choose whether you wish them to store your details for future use or not.
If you choose Paypal then the payment will be made with order and we have no control over this - if you select Google Checkout then we will not collect payment until dispatch (excluding custom made which are taken at start of production).
For your security we do not collect or store any credit card information. Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption throughout the ordering process on our site. If you prefer to make payment by cheque or postal order please select that option but kindly be aware that this payment method does take longer to process.
Returns:
We want you to enjoy your shoes! If you are unhappy with your shoes for any reason please follow the instructions on your packing note. Shoes should be returned in an unworn condition within 14 days for refund or exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns after this period or at our discretion charge a 10% restocking fee. Postage paid is not refundable and if you require a refund it will be issued within 14 working days.

The first pair of replacement shoes will be sent out free of additional postal charges. (Free exchange shipping applies to UK, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands only).
Please ensure that the original packaging is also returned in the same condition.
Due to the nature of suede soles please try your shoes on in a clean carpeted area as marked soles cannot be returned.
We would advise you to insure the package as we are not be responsible for lost packages. During free gift promotions, any gift that has been shipped will also need to be returned with the order, otherwise the gift will be charged at the full retail price.
Please note: Custom designed shoes are made to individual order and so cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All our shoes are quality checked at both manufacture and again prior to dispatch. Should a shoe develop a manufacturing fault during wear then we will investigate this fully. Shoes that have been wilfully cut or damaged in anyway will not be refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
